1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Fillsnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fillsnap ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Fillsnap is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to automatically fill web forms based on user-defined profiles. The Service includes:

• Browser Extension: The core Chrome extension that detects web forms and fills them using your saved profile data with AI-powered field mapping.
• Free Tier: Includes a limited number of AI-assisted form fills per month, local profile storage, and basic form detection.
• Paid Tiers: Subscription plans that provide additional AI fill quota, cross-device profile synchronization, priority support, and advanced features.
• Website & Account: The fillsnap.com website for account management, subscription handling, and documentation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal form filling assistance. The following uses are prohibited:

• Abuse & Overuse: Sending automated, scripted, or bot-driven requests to the AI processing service, or attempting to circumvent usage quotas or rate limits.
• Scraping & Data Extraction: Using the extension as a tool for web scraping, data harvesting, or systematically extracting information from websites.
• Automation Beyond Personal Use: Using Fillsnap for commercial automation, mass account creation, spam submissions, or any purpose beyond personal form filling.
• Malicious Activity: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the extension, its AI models, or server infrastructure.
• Illegal Use: Using the Service to submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Sharing Accounts: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use provisions.

5. Subscription & Payments

Fillsnap offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features are accessible through monthly or annual subscriptions processed by our payment partner, Polar.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. Payment is processed securely through Polar.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the extension code, website design, logos, trademarks, AI models, and documentation, are owned by Fillsnap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the extension or server infrastructure.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Your profile data and content remain your property. We claim no ownership over the personal information you store in Fillsnap.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein. Key points include:

• Your profile data is stored locally on your device by default.
• When you trigger a fill, form structure metadata is sent for AI processing and, by default, the relevant profile values may be included for that single request.
• If you enable Enhanced Privacy Mode, your actual profile values stay on your device and only form structure plus profile field keys are sent.
• Cross-device sync is optional and uses encrypted data transmission.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim:

• AI Accuracy: The AI-powered form filling feature relies on language models that may make mistakes. We do not guarantee that form fields will always be filled correctly, completely, or with the appropriate data. You should always review filled forms before submitting them.
• Form Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility with every web form. Certain forms may use non-standard implementations, dynamic loading, or anti-automation measures that prevent the extension from functioning correctly.
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. Service availability depends on third-party infrastructure and may be affected by maintenance, updates, or outages beyond our control.
• Third-Party Websites: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites on which you use the extension.

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for verifying any information filled by the extension before submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fillsnap and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from incorrect form submissions caused by AI processing errors.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Service.
• Damages arising from third-party conduct or content on websites where you use the extension.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if applicable, canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your locally stored profile data remains on your device. Server-side account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy data retention schedule.

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify you through the extension, by email, or through a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Provide a summary of significant changes where practicable.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
